Life Flight
If you are a fan of adventure, mystery, and a little bit of romance, then this book is for you! And the good news is that once you get hooked, there are three more books in the series!
Penny Carlton is a seasoned EMS pilot, but in the opening chapters, she faces one of the biggest challenges of her career. In the middle of a violent storm, she has to land on the side of a mountain. Little does she know, though, that a serial killer is on the loose, roaming the very mountain where she is landing. I won't spoil the story, but after a crazy adventure, Penny makes it off the mountain, and FBI Special Agent Holt Satterfield thinks he has captured his man.
Over the next few days, Penny and Holt realize they don't have the right guy and set out to correct their mistake before someone else gets hurt. Along the way, they may just fall in love, because it wouldn't be a Lynette Eason book if they didn't!
This book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, and you won't be able to put it down. Eason is a master at foreshadowing, giving you hints about what's coming, but things rarely go the way you think they will. She also includes cliffhangers that keep you turning the pages and counting down the seconds until you can read the next chapter.
