Erin Geiswhite wrote the journal entries in this book when she was a teenager. She loved Chubby Hubby ice cream, making up dances to pop songs with her best friend, and all kinds of simple fun. She also suffered from crushing sadness and worry. Feeling alone in her struggles and unable to tell anyone how she felt, she wrote it down in her journals. 

Adult Erin Geiswhite wrote the letters of hope in this book. She still loves Chubby Hubby ice cream, dancing sill with her four sons, and all kinds of simple fun. Through faith in Jesus and therapy, she is healing from past hurts. She has worked in youth ministry for most of her adult life and has a passion to reach teen girls with this message of healing, so they will know they are not alone and there is hope!
