This 45% milk chocolate bar is ABOCFA Ghana cacao, blended with buttermilk and whole milk that gives this milk chocolate a delicious tang, mixed with puffed amaranth!
What is puffed amaranth? Amaranth is a super-grain, cultivated for thousands of years and was a major food crop for the Aztecs. In terms of nutrition, amaranth is naturally gluten-free, it has more calcium, magnesium, iron, carotenoids, and fiber than most vegetables or grains, It is one of the plant foods highest in protein and also the only grain with some vitamin C.
